The short version: We collect only what we need to run Rally. We don't sell your data. We don't track you across the internet. Your care circle information stays private.
Who We Are
Rally is operated by Kyudo Growth Pty Ltd (ABN pending), based in Queensland, Australia. When we say "Rally", "we", or "us", we mean Kyudo Growth.
What We Collect

- Payment information (handled by Apple/Google)
How We Use Your Data
We use your data to:
- Run the Rally app and sync your circles
- Send you task reminders you've opted into
- Notify you when helpers claim or complete tasks
- Improve Rally based on aggregate, anonymous usage
- Respond to support requests
Who Sees Your Data
- Your circle members see your display name and tasks you interact with
- Service providers who help us run Rally (hosting, email delivery) — bound by confidentiality
- Nobody else — we don't sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers or data brokers
Where We Store Data
Your data is stored on Supabase (database) and Vercel (website), with servers primarily in the US and Australia. We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest.
Data Retention
- Active accounts: Data kept while your account is active
- Deleted accounts: Data deleted within 30 days of account deletion
- Completed circles: Archived after 12 months of inactivity
Your Rights
You can:
- Access your data — see what we have about you
- Correct your data — update your name or email
- Delete your account — removes your data from our systems
- Export your data — request a copy of your information

Cookies & Tracking
The Rally website uses minimal cookies for functionality (like staying signed in). We don't use advertising trackers, social media pixels, or analytics that identify individuals.
Children's Privacy
Rally is not intended for children under 16. We don't knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, please contact us.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy occasionally. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
