How Rally works — and how we make money

Rally exists for the hard weeks: a new baby, a surgery, a loss, a diagnosis. One person organises, everyone else rallies. Because you're trusting us at a raw moment, you deserve to know exactly how this works.

Your circle is private

Circles are invite-only. If you weren't invited, you can't see in. We don't sell your data, we don't show ads, and we never will.

We never touch the money

Rally is not a fundraising site. We don't collect donations, we don't take a percentage of anything, and no money meant for your family ever passes through us. If you buy a gift card or a meal for someone through a link in Rally, you buy it directly from that shop — Rally doesn't handle a cent of it.

So how do we keep the lights on?

Rally is free for every helper, always. Organisers get one free circle with up to five helpers. Organisers who need more can choose Rally Pro — AUD $4.99 a month or $47.90 a year — which unlocks bigger circles. That's it. The people Rally supports are never the product and never the price.

Your data is yours

You can delete your account and everything in it, any time, from the app's settings. Deleted means deleted. To delete an existing Rally account, open the Rally app, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account, or email hello@rally-around.us and we'll help.
