1. What Rally Is

Rally is a care coordination platform that helps people ("Organisers") create support circles and coordinate tasks with helpers ("Helpers"). We provide the technology — you provide the care.

2. Accepting These Terms

By using Rally, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. We may update these terms occasionally — we'll notify you of significant changes.

3. Your Account

• You must provide accurate information when signing up
• You're responsible for keeping your account secure
• You must be at least 16 years old to use Rally
• One person, one account — don't share accounts or create multiple accounts

4. Using Rally Respectfully

Rally is built on trust. When using the platform, you agree to:

• Only join circles you've been invited to
• Be honest about tasks you can complete
• Communicate respectfully with other circle members
• Not use Rally for commercial purposes or spam
• Not share invite links publicly without the organiser's permission
• Not collect personal information about other users

5. Task Responsibility

Important: Rally is a coordination tool, not a service provider. We don't:

• Verify the identity of circle members
• Guarantee that tasks will be completed
• Provide insurance for tasks or activities
• Employ or supervise helpers

Organisers and helpers are responsible for their own interactions. If a task involves driving, childcare, or other sensitive activities, please take appropriate precautions.

6. Privacy & Data

We collect minimal data needed to run the service:

• Your email address (for sign-in and notifications)
• Your display name (shown to your circle)
• Task information you create
• Device tokens for push notifications

7. Notifications

By using Rally, you agree to receive:

• Task reminders you've opted into
• Notifications about tasks in your circles
• Important service updates

You can manage notification preferences in the app settings.

8. Subscriptions & Payments

Rally offers paid subscriptions for organisers. By subscribing:

• You authorise recurring charges until you cancel
• Subscriptions renew automatically
• You can cancel anytime — access continues until the period ends
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

9. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in harmful behaviour.

10. Limitation of Liability

Rally is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We're not liable for actions taken by circle members
• We're not liable for missed tasks or coordination failures
• Our total liability is limited to what you've paid us (if anything)

11. Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in Queensland courts.
